In addition to meals we offer fresh seasonal fruits that are grown on our farm. Breakfast and/dinner charges are nonrefundable.

Shuttle Transportation
Shuttle service accommodating up to three passengers per vehicle is available to and from the Airport for a fee of $100 USD per charter. Please select this option if needed when you make your reservation. Please specify Airport name and flight information to guarantee your pick up. Flight information is necessary in order for guest to be transported.

Rental Car Service
Rental cars are available upon request at a rate of $60 US per 24 hour day. Rental car is provided through a third party rental service and is not facilitated by PatJan. Payment for rental car will be made in person. Please see the policy page for details.

Common area guidelines
Common area is defined as space not designated as owners private living quarters.
Access to common areas inside the house are permitted, however guest are expected to be considerate by refraining from excessive noise that would prevent other occupants from enjoying the comfort that PatJan offers.
